Ever encountered an IT task and don't know where to start? From building a website, to establishing an online presence, to registering a custom domain and email, to configuring secure offsite backups for all your business critical data, I can take care of any tasks for you. I offer different packages and can also work on an ad-hoc basis. For all capabilities that I am not able to provide for (e.g. web design), I have a trusted team of partners who I can contact and will pass the charges on to you directly with zero markup* and total transparency in pricing. 


*Except in exceptional situations where you prefer I act as the main contractor for all services.

Security

Worried about security or just unsure on how much protection you should have? I can advise on risk assessments, analysing with you the potential impacts malicious threats may have on your business and tackling the biggest problems first. Regardless of whether it is concerns password security or uncertainty about how your online payments are processed, we will walk with you every step of the way and ensure you have the right protections you need.


Security advice is a complimentary service provided with all services as I believe everyone should have a basic level of security.

Privacy & Compliance

Having worked in both the Aviation and Finance sectors, I understand how important yet difficult compliance to different regulations are for small business owners. With my experience on export control regulations, GDPR, AML and CTF laws, I am confident that I can help you navigate complex laws and develop a compliant and sustainable business. In Singapore specifically, PDPA and TAFEP rules have been 2 of the largest changes for most businesses. Transforming your business to adapt to such regulations need not be painful or costly with the right expertise.

Infrastructure Planning

The number one cause of rising IT costs for most SMEs boils down to poor planning. Without the right expertise, many decisions are made at the initial stage of a business may negatively impact its profit later on. While many service providers sell you on the low cost and value of their products and services, there is an inherent conflict of interest in their position.


The benefit of speaking to a third party consultant is that there is no inherent benefit for me to sell you more expensive services as I make a fee off the consultancy I provide and not the cost or volume of services sold.

System Administration

Most IT consultants are middlemen, acting as the a contractor between customers and other suppliers while having an limited amount of IT skills and capabilities. However, with my expertise, I will be able to act in the capacity of a sysadmin and save you the cost of hiring an IT employee to performance maintain and ensure your systems are up and running. Additionally, my own ability to act as a sysadmin is what opens many other doors to cost effective IT options such as self-hosting over selecting a SaaS; paying only the server costs of hosting one (or many) solutions rather than a running cost each month for a business critical service.

Business Process Optimization & Automation

At the forefront of our entire business, the end result we aim to deliver to you is cost savings in your business through optimization and automation of menial or repetitive tasks. While our expertise is more with administrative and marketing automation, real life automation in industries such as retail or hospitality should not be a problem either.

Please note that the prices here are only to be used as a reference as my prices will depend on many factors such as the complexity of the business needs and the size of the company to cater for. Prices here are quoted only for the cost of my services, independent of any additional costs that may arise from my recommendations i.e. SaaS cost, server hosting costs, partner costs, etc.
